Terms
This agreement, the accompanying quote, and parts list supersede ALL
VERBAL agreements.
Exhibits MUST BE ORDERED at least 12 working days in advance of the
required ship date for standard orders. We will try to accomidate a
faster turn around time, if possibe, without rush charges. An exhibit
is considered ordered when a signed contract
and deposit is received. If an standard exhibit order is placed for
less than the two week turnaround time, additional charges may be required
to assure timely delivery. These charges, if any, will be enumerated
on the accompanying quote. Turnaround time is based on time of year
and individual models and color or laminate choices.
All exhibits are sold under the following terms: a minimum 70% deposit
is required to place the order, the balance is due before shippiing
of the exhibit. Exhibits will not be ordered without a deposit in hand.
No exhibit will be released prior to full payment of the balance due.
Returns
All exhibits sold by Expobility are created expressly for the particular
order. Therefore, most returns cannot be accepted. Please carefully
review the parts and accessories description list provided with your
order. When you initial this list, the order is finalized and no returns
will be made.

Warrantees
Expobility support all manufacturers' warranties. There is no warranty
for wear and tear.

Shipping
The client will be responsible for transportation of the display to the
client. Shipping charges are SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on actual delivery
requirements, and are ALWAYS the responsibility of the purchaser. Expobility
assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for timely delivery nor damage in transit, though
we will always do our best to assure delivery of your materials.
Damage in Transit Note: All goods
are shipped insured and in perfect condition. Once the goods have left
the manufacturer or producer by a carrier that has been selected by the dealer or end-user,
they become the property of the end-user and It is the responsibility
of the consignee ( end-user) to open the package(s) "The Day
of Receipt" in order to inspect the goods for damages that have occurred
in transit. If there are damages, then a claim may be filed against the
carrier/courier, with our assistance. If the goods are not opened "The
Day of Receipt", and damages are not reported at that time, we are not
responsible for the replacement of those damaged goods or any other claims
of damage. Goods that require replacement under these circumstances must
be paid for by the dealer/end-user while the carrier is investigating
the claim. The purchaser under our normal terms payment must also pay the
balances of any amounts due for the original so-called damaged goods in
full.

to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, currentness, correctness, completeness,
suitability or applicability of the information to a particular situation.
A Terms of Service Agreement governs all terms and conditions with respect
to this site.
